two random thoughts crossed my mind today..
it seems like you're viewing a zoo exhibit when a full lift arrives at the lobby, and you stretch your neck and roll your eyes around trying to look for a nook or cranny to squeeze in..
society is strange. not too long ago, people were complaining about couples holding hands in public, saying that its pda.. and now, they are complaining about girls holding hands, they want to see guys and girls holding hands.. mmmm...
yep.. weird thoughts that popped into my mind while meeting up with al today..
al and i went crazy.. we were walking along the pavement where tcc (with the cute waiter) is.. and we were both stretching our necks trying to see if the waiter was there.. too bad he wasn't.. but something caught our eye.. it was an advert about job vacancies at alley and acid bar.. they needed bartenders.. and so bored crazy us went to the bars to enquire.. too bad they dun want part-timers.. thinking back about it, its indeed quite crazy.. but well, at least i took a step forward to pursue my "dreams" :)
qiantai said sth yesterday that just.. jolted me.. he said
"heck, we might have been waiting all our lives."
true indeed. what you have now might not be the one destined for you. who knows. everyone's just waiting for that right thing to happen.
this week's rather nice.. its the week when i've met up with the most ppl.. must grab the chance before everyone's too caught up in studies again.. law is scary. one book on torts costs $800 bucks?! really scary. can't imagine spending 800 bucks on books :(
wonder how my godpa uncle lesster is.. haven't heard from him for so long. hope everything's fine. have fun in africa!!!
